What does "3% per booking" mean?
When a vendor wins a bid and the event is booked through PLANAROO, we take 3% of the total transaction. If the event costs $10,000, that's $300 to us. Simple.
Who pays the 3%?
It comes from the vendor side, built into the transaction. Planners pay exactly what they agreed to.
What if I just want to plan without booking through PLANAROO?
Go for it. You can use the layout builder, run of show, and event planning tools for free. We only charge when you book a vendor through our marketplace.
